No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (inside or outside).

No animals on the property or in the buildings.  

No fishing in the river except authorized anglers.

Our riverside suites are all located in the Lodge building on the north side of the river.  Each suite has a private deck or patio overlooking the river.

Boreas Pass-1 Bedroom King Suite--

• King-size bed in bedroom; queen-size sleeper sofa in living room

• Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee machine

• Living room with big screen streaming TV

• Private deck overlooking the river and back garden

• On the second floor and accessed via stairs  

• Each suite is approximately 500 square feet; maximum occupancy of 4

Kenosha Pass-1 Bedroom King Suite--

• King-size bed in bedroom; queen-size sleeper sofa in living room

• Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee machine

• Living room with big screen streaming TV

• Two private decks overlooking the river and back garden

• Gas fireplace and sitting area in bedroom

• On the second floor and accessed via stairs  

• Each suite is approximately 500 square feet;

        maximum occupancy of 4

Trout Creek Pass-King Hotel Suite--

• King-size bed

• Oversized shower and bathroom

• Private entrance

• Big screen streaming TV

• Vaulted ceilings and skylights

• Private deck overlooking the river 

• Kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave 

• This suite is on the second floor of the property and is accessed via a private stairway

• Approximately 380 square feet; maximum occupancy of 2

• Can be combined with Georgia Pass for a 3 bedroom suite

Georgia Pass-2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment--

• 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds

• Fully equipped kitchen with dining table

• Large living area/great room with streaming TV and queen sleeper sofa

• Laundry room

• Vaulted ceilings and skylights

• Two decks--one overlooking the river, the other overlooking the pond

• Large bathroom with a tub/shower combination

• This accommodation is on the second floor of the property and is accessed via stairs 

• Approximately 1,060 square feet; maximum occupancy of 6

• Can be combined with Trout Creek Pass for a 3 bedroom, 1,500 square foot suite with a maximum occupancy of 8

 

All accommodations listed above are on the second floor of the property; you must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access them. The accommodations listed below are accessible via a few steps or a ramp and share a common entry vestibule.

Hall Valley- 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment--

• One bedroom with a king-sized bed; queen-sized sofa sleeper in living room

• Living room with big screen streaming TV

• Full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator

• Private bathroom with tub/shower

• Large private deck overlooking the river with access from living room and bedroom

• Accessible via short flight of stairs or ramp

• Approximately 600 square feet; maximum occupancy of 4

Red Cone Pass-King hotel suite--

• King-sized bed

• Sitting area with love seat and gas fireplace

• Big screen streaming TV

• Kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine

• Private bathroom with large walk-in shower

• Private deck overlooking the river (this room is our closest to the river)

• Accessible via short flight of stairs or ramp

• Approximately 272 square feet; maximum occupancy of 2

Webster Pass-Queen hotel suite--

• Queen-sized bed

• Kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine

• Big-screen streaming TV

• Private bathroom with large walk-in shower

• Private deck overlooking the river

• Accessible via short flight of stairs or ramp

• Approximately 216 square feet; maximum occupancy of 2

• All suites include complimentary wi-fi and access to The Park at Two Bridges outdoor amenity area. 

• Check-in is at 4:00 p.m.; check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

• Payment in full is required at time of booking.

• Smoking and vaping are not allowed at any location on the property, indoors or out. ($250 fine for violation)

• Sorry, but no pets are allowed in the Riverside Suites.
